TRUSTEES

Proverbs 27:17

In the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church, the Board of Trustees is responsible for the care, protection, and management of the local church's property and temporal (business and financial) affairs. Their duties are outlined in the AME Church Doctrine and Discipline and are distinct from the spiritual leadership responsibilities of the pastor and stewards.

Welcome to the Trustee Board of our African Methodist Episcopal Church. It is with great joy and gratitude that we welcome you to this ministry of service, stewardship, and leadership. Serving as a member of the Trustee Board is both an honor and a responsibility, as we work together to support the mission, vision, and ministry of our church. We are committed to faithfully managing the resources entrusted to us, supporting the work of the church, and helping to create an environment where our congregation and ministries can grow and thrive.
As the Pro Tem of the Trustee Board, I am honored to serve alongside dedicated leaders who share a commitment to excellence, integrity, accountability, and Christian stewardship. We welcome you to join us as we continue building a stronger church through faithful service, wise stewardship, and a spirit of unity. Together, we seek to ensure that our church remains a place where faith is strengthened, families are supported, ministries are empowered, and God’s work continues to move forward. Welcome to the Trustee Board—we look forward to serving, growing, and building together!
